Tomini trifolati

4 mini Tominos with speck, 200g porcino mushroom, parsley, garlic, oil, salt.

Cut the porcino mushroom into pieces and sauté in a pan with a trickle of extra virgin olive oil, one slice of garlic and the parsley. Cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes. Place the mushroom on an oven tray and then place the Tominos with speck on top and bake at 200°C for 5 minutes.
