If you have some more time...

Tomino with Frankfurters

1 Tomino, 2 frankfurters, onion, oil, thyme.

Cut the frankfurters into pieces. Sauté in a pan the onion with some oil and add the frankfurters. After a few minutes, flavour with some thyme. Cut the Tomino in half and fill it with the frankfurters. Sautè the filled Tomino in a pan for 2-3 minutes each side. Season with some drops of aromatic vinegar!
