Tominis on spinach-burger
4 mini Tominis with bacon, 300g spinach, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, salt.
Sauté the spinach in a pan for 15 minutes. In a bowl mix up the spinach, the egg, the breadcrumbs, the cheese and a pinch of salt. Create four burgers with the mix and cook in a frying pan for 5 minutes. Brown the mini Tominos with bacon in a pan, (2 minutes each side) and serve it on the spinach-burger.
