Tricolour Tomino
1 Tomino without lactose, 1 tomato, 1 courgette, oil, salt, oregano
Cut the tomato into 4 thick slices and the courgette into thin slices. Drizzle them with oil, season with the salt and then Grill. Sauté the Tomino (2 minutes each side). Serve the Tomino between the tomato and the courgette’s slices. Season with some drops of aromatic vinegar and oregano!
