Tomino in crosta

1 Tomino with speck, puff pastry, sesame, pink pepper

Roll up the Tomino in the puff pastry, sprinkle a pinch of sesame and pink pepper on the outside. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Season with some drops of aromatic vinegar!
